Bubbles

We gave Jeremiah his first big boy bubble bath the other day! He loved it! He loved to splash around in the bubbles and try to find his rubber ducky! He also gave himself a bubble beard. I wish we would have taken a picture of that. When it was time to get out he didn't not want to. I guess he is really starting to enjoy his bath time! What a little blessing he is!

Thank You Pastors

Jake and I just got home from a fun filled night. Prayer, Go Kids meeting, Announcement guys, and chatting with Nate and Evan for a bit! On the way home we were just talking and thanking God for all the things he has done for us! One of those things was awesome pastors! I mean our pastors are so cool! We are so blessed to be able to sit under them! We learn so much from them and because of them we are able to walk in the new insight and revelation that we receive from God. We are so blessed to be hearing the word from them. Faith comes by hearing and when we hear the word taught by our pastors our faith grows every time. So thank you pastors for continually being led by God! We love you!

Testimony Time

God is so good! We have recently paid off our car because God provided the finances! Now, our car feels so good to drive because we actually own it. Then, last night we went to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee because we really need a second car and my wonderful husband wanted something that can tow things. Anyways, we really liked this jeep. It was super clean and in really good condition. The man is getting married in a week and so he really needed to sell it by the end of this week. So we started the negotiation 1,000 dollars lower than his asking price just to see if he would drop and he dropped 800 dollars below his asking price!! AAAHHH, God is SO GOOD!! So now we have one car completely paid off and a second vehicle that will be paid off relatively soon! God's goodness just makes be want to shout super loud!

Curious Little Man

Last weekend we were printing off different things for Go Kids Academy at our awesome church. Jake and I look over at Jeremiah and he is pulling thing after thing out of the diaper bag! This little guy was in search of something and I am still not quite sure if he ever found it!

83 degree day

It was a hot one outside today! Matthew decided that he wanted to run through the sprinkler so I put sun screen on all the kids and my lovely t-shirts since, the boys did not have their swimsuits!

Samuel and Jeremiah decided that they weren't to sure about this whole running through water thing so they played it safe by sitting in the wagon playing with their toys.
Eventually, Matthew wanted Samuel to give it a try so he grabbed Samuel's hand and took him to try out the sprinkler. He didn't like it very much but overall it was a fun time!

Cousin Love

Today as I was watching the boys I happened to see Samuel leaning in to give Jeremiah a big kiss. I quick got my camera and snapped a picture. As soon as I put the camera down Samuel leaned in again and Jeremiah gave him a big slobbery kiss. Those two boys sure love each other! Samuel is constantly giving Jeremiah hugs and Jeremiah gives Samuel lots of smiles!

Jumperoo

Jeremiah loves to be in his jumperoo and jump around! After I took a few pictures I realized how much he is really starting to look like Jake. What a cutie! I am so thankful I have a good looking husband!

Snuggle Time

Jeremiah and daddy had some snuggle time the other night. It was so cute! I love watching these two together! They are my boys and I love them very much!

The Best Husband

On Mother's day Jake blessed me so much! He let me sleep in a little and he took Jeremiah to get us some breakfast. They also went to get some beautiful roses for me. Jake even brought Jeremiah to me and he was holding a single yellow rose! After that Jake made us espresso! It was so yummy and after church we went to get La Fiesta! I have the best husband! He blesses me so much and I appreciate everything that he does! He is my best friend and I love him so much!

Speaking the Word

Lately, I have been reminded about the power of speaking the word of God. God's word is so amazing! It is life changing! Every time I open up the word to read it I have new revelation, new insight into the things of God! God is so cool, every day there is something new to learn, something new to apply to your life to walk in his fullness. Today, as I spent my time with the Lord I was reminded that there is so much power in speaking the word out loud. I remember when I was pregnant with Jeremiah we would speak scriptures over him every day and confess things over him and every single one of those things has come to pass! I remember when we were confessing for our jeep to be sold and we spoke scriptures that lined up with what we were believing for and that came to pass. God's word is so powerful! We are believing for a lot of stuff right now and so once again we found scriptures to confess out loud and we know we will see those things manifested! God's word is alive! There are tons of scriptures that you can find to line up with whatever you are believing God for. I challenge you today to find a scripture that lines up with what you are believing for and speak it out loud until you see that become manifested! God's word is unfailing. What he said, he will do! Thank you Lord!

New Revelation

Digging into the word and pressing in more and more to God is sooo rewarding. Lately, I have been getting so much revelation from the word of God. I have also received new insight at a few of our church services lately. For example, knowing that the word of God is God talking directly to us! Man, that is so exciting and makes my time in the word so much more fun! Today I was reading Deuteronomy 28 and applying that principle to my reading made me get so much out of it. God tells us to listen obediently and obey his voice and when we do it, we will receive blessing.
I have also become more aware that if a prophecy is given out loud to no one in specific we can take hold of that and stand on it! It has made me become so excited because now I can take action and stand until I see that manifest!
Jake and I have also decided that we will be becoming more cautious about not only what we say but also what we let into our ears. Some t.v.'s shows just have a tiny bit of negativity in them but you know what, that still gets into our ears and we still hear it. We have committed that whenever we watch t.v. if there is a word of negativity it is time to turn the t.v. off or change the channel. I am just realizing how important it is to guard ourselves and it is up to us to do it.
God is so cool and walking with him is such an AMAZING adventure! Everyday is so exciting and I LOVE being able to hear from God at any and all times of the day!
So what new revelations have you gotten lately?

Gardening

On Sunday afternoon after church Jake and I worked outside most of the day. I mowed the lawn and Jake did the gardening. While our little Jeremiah was sitting in the wagon watching us, listening to his daddies iphone (well, only for the picture)! Like father, like son! I can already see it now. Jeremiah will be having the latest and greatest technology due to his fathers ambitious desires to have the best technological stuff that he can get!

Equipped

God is so good! It is amazing how he will place you where you can get the most training possible to do what he wants you to do. If we were still in Minnesota I can guarantee that we would not be getting as trained up as well as we are here. The reason for that is because this is where he wants us to be. I am just thankful that God first trains us up to do what he wants rather than saying, "this is what I want you to do, now go do it." No, he trains us up and then sends us to do what he wants us to do fully equipped and he still guides us when we are walking out whatever he wants us to do. This situation specifically applies to the daycare/preschool that we are getting started at our church. I want the daycare/preschool to be such a godly atmosphere and I want the children to be trained up to follow God and hear his voice. I want them to know how to flow in the spirit even when they are young. There is no way in the world I could do that on my own. I need God to show me how and I know he is training me up right now to do this very thing. Thank you Lord for taking me to new levels and training me up for your specific plan and purpose for my life!

Hungry Boy

Jeremiah has been introduced to yummy applesauce! As you can see he thoroughly enjoys it! The other day I gave him one little bowl of applesauce and cleaned him up to get down from his highchair but apparently he was not finished. He started to cry so I decided to give him a little more applesauce and as soon as
I put one spoonful in his mouth his attitude changed. He was happy and playing with his hands on the top of the highchair tray! Jeremiah is such a joy to have around! It is really fun discovering his personality! We have discovered he likes his food!
